Role Description
You'll set the design bar across our client product work and mentor the rest of the team.

Set the quality bar for product design across every client engagement.
Lead the hardest, highest-stakes projects from strategy to shipped UI.
Mentor other designers and grow the studio's craft.
Shape how we work: process, standards, and design systems.

You're a senior product designer with a track record of shipped, complex work.
You can hold an entire product in your head and still care about the pixels.
